My Dad has a litter of Lurcher Pups ready now. Dam: Bedlington X Whippet Greyhound 20" Rough Coated Black/Blue Sire: 3/4 Greyhound 1/4 Collie 24" Smooth Coated Black I got a little Bitch from the last litter who has turned out a Handy little Rabbiting Dog. 'Lone Wolf', the 'Kids' have settled down with a Pigeon for there Supper, the 'Big Fella' would not let the Girls have a look in at first , after a couple of minutes all 3 of them were tucking into it. Myself and John are over next Month to Judge and i think i will be over with Old Morris when he goes over to Judge. Go on the All England Roller Club Website and get Donna Chantrys phone Number, she may have some contacts in your Area. Do you want them just for Fun or to Fly in Competition With? Yes, i got a 50yard and a 100yard System off you last year and i have had some Brilliant Fun using them. I found them simple to use (even for someone as thick as me ). I use my Nets mostly whilst Ferreting but have had some Good Bags whilst using them for an 'After Dark' session.

I got a couple of 'Quick Set' Systems off Masterhunter last year and i found them to be EASY to use and i have had some Fantastic Fun both Night and Day using his Nets.

I am looking for a First Cross or a Line Bred Collie Greyhound to put over a Greyhound Bitch. The Dog MUST be a Worker (had a few PM's on Mouchers for Non-Workers). The Bitch stands at 23'' and is Black with White Socks (she carries a lot of Red in her coat). She is a Daughter of Top Honcho and was very early paced but could also Stay the Distance. Be very carefull using a thin drawcord. My Dad made a slip lead out of something similar, somehow during the Nights Lamping in between Runs the cord had wrapped around his Finger. He flicked on the lamp and spotted a Rabbit well out, as he started to get a bit closer the Rabbit was up and Running. The Dog spotted the Rabbit so my Dad slipped him, as the Dog shot off he felt a sharp stinging pain in his Finger. The Dog missed the Rabbit and came back to hand then my Dad put the Lamp on his Finger as the pain was starting to kick in. When he put the Lamp on his Finger, it was GONE , there was o

I got a caution under the Dangerous Act about 6 Years ago. A Smack Rat came into my Back Garden and was Nailed by the Dogs. He had ALLEGEDLY came into my Garden to collect his Football at 10:30PM whilst i was on Night Shift. The Police NEW this TW*T but they still gave me a Caution.

Took my Pup out Lamping last night for the 1st time, got soaked to the skin but it was worth it. I gave her 9 Runs and she caught 5, actually she caught 7 but lost 2 changing her grip to Retrieve them, Rabbits got through the Fence and away but she will learn. She has been out Ferreting since a Baby and has mouthed plenty in the Nets and has caught a few on our daily walks BUT, she ALWAYS trapped them with her Feet before picking them up to Retrieve them. Last night though, she was striking at the Rabbits like a Cobra, 2 of them she took out of the Seat . Best Wishes to All for the New

Every Year just before the Season starts i get some cards printed and spend a weekend going around the Farms handing them out. I get around 3-4 New Farms each Year using this method. Call and hand your cards out SMARTLY DRESSED and be POLITE. If you only get a bit to start with, word soon spreads you are TRUSTWORTHY and have done a GOOD JOB and more Land will follow ( Most Farmers Piss in the same Pot). Handfull of Meal then Tripe,Minced Beef,Minced Lamb,Minced Chicken etc....Most of there Diet is made up of Raw Whole Rabbit, i just give them the above Meats for a change.
