    Relationships can be a feckin nightmare if their not going well . Sadly it gets to the point where you do things out of spite . The worst part is when u have kids , and they become involved , as much as u try to keep them free of it all . I would never run my ex down to my children , and ill never have a bad word said about her infront of them , to me its just not fair . Sadly , she does'nt have the same outlook and has taken great pleasure in doing everything she can to cut all contact .
