    A spanial will bush anywhere because its like a machine . A terrier will bush when there is sufficient scent about to arouse him. Personally i like a dog that gives me some insight as to whats going on around me when hunting

    A dog that will face young nettles all day is something special. Obediance doesnt have to be gun dog standard as long as they dont go into selective hearing mode. Think i would be happy enough with somthing along these lines

    A good nose is essential . I trust that if a dog shows no interest in a field its because theres no scent and i act on this by moving to somewhere more productive. Thats just one example of a long list of advantages of a dog that knows what h is nose is for

    A jack russell will get into the tightest of bramle without all the smash and rip. This one trots through the runs just same as a rabbit would. Nice small type she is.

    I like to see a dog work scent and find his own rabbit . Mooching about with a dog is as good as it gets regarding the feel good factor

    i got a few pictures of her doing her job last week. Trouble is im crap at putting them on the forum. If i can find an adaptor i will see if one of the family can suss it

    Very individualistic ideals. Communities were divided. Alot of the social problems that we have today were bought about by her fcuck you jack im alright polices.

    Just started a twelve month old bitch this season. If you take um somewhere wheres theres plenty of action they should end up rabbit mad. As said breacking to ferret is a must. Working it along side somthing thats good at the job should speed things up. We did not have that option This bitch still has a lot to learn She marks well and her bushing is coming on well. Most importantly shes keen so everything should slip into place naturally if we give the bitch the oppertunnity to shine

    Russells are handy little rabbit dogs Just started a rough coated bitch this season. Once there confidence is built up they will follow hot scent through the tightest of bramle. Saying that i seen all sorts of mongrel types that have been as good as the traditional types Getting them out regular is the way foward time will do the rest

    I usually get more bolts with the jills. On the otherhand if im looking at leaving nothing below ground and the sets are shallow then odd job is sent down. Its then either bolt which plenty do or get dug too
