  1. Thanks for your help. I think you are right ,a proffessionals verdict is needed. The dog seems to drink more when she is taken out. I have not seen any blood in her urine. I am beginning to think she could have diabetes.

  8. Do you mean pigeon bobs for a multiple catch pigeon trap. They would double as a snare tealer as well.Might try them out.
  9. Don't know. Tealers. Bobwires. Turning into a good quiz this one. I think they may be supports/guides for an electric wire to deter foxes from around pheasant pens. Who knows? where is the quizmaster?
  10. Definatley the way forward. Soon pay for itself. dug down many a time and retrieved the ferret with the added bonus of more than one rabbit jammed up a stop end.saves loads of time to which also = more time catching rather than waiting.sound investment.

  20. Anyone out there still using a blue eye lamp? I think they were made by deben. A freind of mine used to use one many moons ago.I Think it's output was 250,000 candlepower. Are they good enough for the serious lamper? If so can you still buy one.
  21. Thanks lads, very helpfull replies. Is there a possibility that a dog that runs out of the beam is less likely to spook the rabbits that squat and therefore picks up a fair amount of sitters?
  22. Hi. When an experienced lamping dog is slipped on a rabbit, is it supposed to keep out of the lamps beam until the rabbit is reached? If this idea is true, does the dog have to be trained to carry out this task, or is it down to the dogs natural intelligence and cunning? THANKS
