    Being obese is just an aperture imbalance, the aperture in your face is bigger than the one in your trousers Eat less, move more. Was talking about this in the chip shop the other week (I'm 6'1" and 13stone, so not obese). Years ago my parents had a chip shop (late 50's) and chips were 3d and 6d. They came in a little flat bag and the fish were not much bigger. That's what folk had for tea, and it was plenty !! Nowadays I can't eat a portion of fish and chips (well I can but it's uncomortable ) Why so big ? It's just not necessary. No wonder there's so many fat bas**rds

    Thing is with UKIP, they can't do any worse than destroy the country, let in millions of immigrants until we're full to the brim, knacker up the NHS, turn the police into a self serving money grabbing outfit who don't give a stuff and on and on. But hang on, we're already there !!! So tell me, when I've voted UKIP, and I will, what could they possibly do worse than the to**ers that are already in. They'll get my vote, even if it only serves to shake up the others

    Hi all, someone's asked me about removing a couple foxes from his garden, it's in a residential area in west Midlands . Does anyone here have the means, authority and inclination to do this? I only have PCP's so cannot do it. Hope this is in the correct section mods, if not please feel free to move it. Rod

    Hi all, just found this site, I meant to look ages ago but you know how it is. Back into shooting twelve months ago after a 30 year rest . Got a pcp and a few classic springers for now and looking at getting sgc back in a month or so. Cheers Rod
