Mad4it, I really appreciate your offer mate, Airflow have butt and mid sections but no tips for this particular rod that isn't in production now. Their customer service had been second to none after explaining my situation and have offered me a far better replacement for less than half the price. They've really been great to deal with and I'm pleased with the outcome. Just goes to show there are a few companies that value customers. Matt

Snapped the tip section at the 3rd ring down mate. I'd like to say it was a massive trout that done it but it was me rushing when setting up. Matt

Can anybody recommend anyone who can repair the tip section on my favourite fly rod? I'm awaiting a reply from Airflo about a replacement tip but unsure as to weather they will be able to help. Cheers, Matt

Never posted in here before but thought I'd seek help and advice and possible ridicule.lol Looking to get 3 maybe 4 hens for a few eggs and just generally mooch about the place and hopefully help with a bit of pest control. Top class......trotting a stick is the ONLY way on to snag a few chub on any river. You'll learn more with a stick on a river than any other method. Great bag as well. When I've been down and bored you shitless with bass after bass in the summer then you're both welcome up here on a few little rivers where the stick is king! Matt

It used to be a useful tool for keeping in touch now most people use it to everyone else how Ill they are or they use it instead of Google.... I'd imagine most folk would want to put a decent sire over their pride and joy and yours sounds like just the ticket but to call the shots on how many are kept with 1st 2nd 3rd pick is a bit much. Probably better buying your ideal bitch in and breeding yourself then you can do as you please. Your young dog is giving a teaspoon of fat and in return you get pick of the litter or price of a pup, that is where your involvement ends I think. Matt
