I would think useing ferrets for the purpes of laying cables would be a good idear, and would asume it could be done and as been done ...

I think if people came and looked around and used the search bar beffore just jumping in and asking stuff thats already been coverd it be so much easyer and not as anoyeing ... yes it is good to ask a question and get a reply, just do a search first and see if its already there!!!

You did say you would let us know. lol lol.. theres a one in ashington (northumberland) charges 3.50 per ferret atb gary woundering how much petrol would cost me to get this price, darn lucky u fella ... I got quoted £15 includeing consultation, so aint too bad i guess, but me and a lad chipped together and got one of his hobs Vesectamised just beffore xmes, hopfully it works. £45 to get a jill spayed, thats whats happening nxt year after their hopfully first litter, if they prove to carry on getting better and better that is and deserv

no i didnt and still dont know everything, but books u SHOULD read and advice u SHOULD seak beffore u take on any kind of hobby with any animale be it cats or dogs or any other kind, should tell u everything u would need to know in ur first year or so, and there are too meny people breeding jills that aint even a year old just cos they can, and they aint even proven their selfs yet. then again no point me going on it dont help!!!

why the hell is there so meny people who dont know anything about breeding or what to do when its time, doing it? wtf beffore even getting ferrets or any other kind of pet even dogs and cats people should research everything!!!

if you dont know this stuff then dont bother breeding, get the jill jab dam people must just be too tight!!! noobs!!!

I had someone's pet ferret turn up in my garden 3 times last year, sniffing about my jills! On the second occasion, he got sidetracked by my mates rabbit run, bit through the chicken wire run, had a munch on the rabbit and made himself a bed for the night in the rabbit's house! When my mate went to check on the rabbit before he went to work, he lifted the lid on the rabbits little house, the ferret opened it's eyes, yawned and stretched, then toddled over to the rabbits water bottle for a drink! that is classic, just pure classic ... good luck in finding ur fuzzie mate, i know

or just get the jill jab and dont breed at all, no need to!!!

take the jill away about 4-5 weeks, then keep the kits till atleast 8 weeks makeing sure they are drinking both from bowls and bottles so they know what to do for where they go, and makeing sure they are eating everything u put in there face, if needs be and u got the extra hut or pen to keep one in u can seperate them off one at a time for a night with some food and water that way u know what ones are doing as u think they should be, dont put silly amounts of food in for just one kit tho. if you got youngens too, get them handleing them, the ferrts will become tamer quicker and get used to been handled in the most weird ways lol ... handle them loads and loads, make noise when feeding them (rattle food or squeek), that way they get used to u calling them and wll be a lttle easyer to pck up from holes and get back.

my mate that got me into ferrts only has hobs, keeps them together and nothing ever happens, they are brothers and grown up from day 1 tho altho i dont think that would matter.
