    fair play to ya john dog done well the good points in the race is when he jumps the fence and stays on the fence side to keep the hare in the field thats brains for ya and when he got to it he never got over eagar took his time and worked his way in nice one

    speedie when its time to move on in life just excipet it king breed now gone back wards the old stuff was good back then resons being that there was a lot more hares years ago and they were not gettting the same test tjhat they get from todays dogs i had collie bred dogs killing hares . now a collie x would not get near the hares of today in hard winter way to strong plus the dogs from back then were prob doubled up and tripled all the time and every man back then was at it
