atb in moving to scotland russ, i hope my people welcome you, where in scotland are you moving to, you can pm me if you want, i love that camper-van, always wanted one of them but the closest i got was a 2 wk fly-fishing tour of the north west of scotland with a tent in the back of the car, best holiday i ever had as it happens, it was scorching for the whole 2wks which as you will know is unusual for scotland. P.S

i bought a mk3 box + collar of a lad on here, the box works but the collar has never worked from day one, he said it worked when he sent it and that was that, i will never deal with anyone on here again.

i don't have experienced dogs as i'm only starting out, but i take out my lurcher and cocker when out mooching, they are both relatively new to the game but hopefully they will click and form a good partnership, i do enjoy out mooching during the day as much as lamping but as yet all they have had are a few myxi rabbits, time will tell

alright jack, when i went to pick my pup i wanted a bitch, she was the only one in the litter so that made my mind up i have heard a few saying to go back the 2nd time and have another look, as you well know a pup can change alot in a week. atb with your new pup if you decide to get it.

from passed experience, working with the dept of agriculture here in Ireland, farmers, talk to each other at marts and if one farmer, has mxyd rabbits, another that has problems with them, asks that farmer, to get a few for him, which he does, as some mxy rabbits, that don't run much, are easy to catch. they put a few in a bag and the farmer with the rabbit problem, collects them and introduces them to his healthy rabbits. In a week, the place has mxy rabbits everywhere and in most cases here in Ireland, they eventually get wiped out! It sickens me, when they do this! Also, in a area, tha

hi mate, i have a 3/4 whippet 1/4 beddy and i started her of at 5mths out ferreting, then at 7 mths i had her out on the lamp with a friends more experienced whippet, letting her watch the other dog, then slipping her on a squatter at the end of the night, you will get loads of advice on when to start on the lamp, my pup was the same age as yours at this time of year and she was out watching on the lamp in november. atb with your new pup.

i don't know about hayfever, but for chapped lips, all you have to do is go to the nearest horse stables, find a suitable horse, lift it's tail and kiss it's ring, it won't get rid of the chap but it will stop you licking your lips.

i have met 1 lad of here, i pm'd him about a dog he used to have and i found out he stayed not far from me and knows someone i know, met up with him last season for a bit of lamping, have been going out regular lamping and ferreting since, sound lad aswell. -
i hate when you are sitting at a junction waiting to pull out, there is a car coming, so you wait for it to pass, only for the cnut to turn in at the junction, no indicators, fecken drives me mental.
