  2. ye the vet did mention its in the saluki gene. iv not seen the one for stud ill have a search but i think its wrong to put the dog for stud why would anyone want to produce pups that might turn out like that i was thinking the same as you regarding starting over with a new pup but im in no rush to have another just yet iv got two other lurchers running one only being 12 month old so iv got plenty to work on at the minute atvb Jenna

  4. yes we rung the breeder straight away when the pups first went bad and they said they will not be breeding the dogs again and said we can take the pups back and get a full refund if we wanted so its all been covered thanks Thats good on the breeder pal but all credit and respect goes to you and your mate for persevering with the poor little buggers good luck thanks mate all comments like that mean alot
  5. the vet did say they were in some pain when we went but didnt want to give pain killers as they could over do it and damage there selfs i know were your comeing from and trust me if they were unhappy and bad with pain i would have had mine pts already and my vet would have told me strait what to do he dont beat around the bush he tels me how it is. good on the person how had the gsd for giveing it the life it deserved

  9. thanks for the nice comments i will admit iv toyed with the idea a few times to have mine pts or take her back to the breeder. the vet did say they will be able to work depending on how the legs turn out as some adults do still look dodgy so there is no way of knowing until there fully grown i know it dont make sense me getting a dog for work and not knowing wether it will be able to work or not but im willing to give her a chance and my experience might help others
