  5. there was a post last year i think on artifical earths,just wondered how those plastic ribbed drain pipes was doing as ime thinking of doing one or two but the concrete or clay pipes a bit hard to get hold of,or too expensive,thanks

  7. some stalls at dorset steam fair sell the old original spades,look on the auto jumble if your down that way,last week in august!
  8. hi, i also use the junior spade,cracking little tool,light as a feather,i also use mine for detecting and digging black lug on the beach!

  11. i remember once an old bitch of mine marking a single earth on a steep banking,anyway off with the lead and in she goes, a few seconds later i hear this bit of commotion then silence,i just got the box out my pocket when my bitch comes out covered in white feathers,she turns an goes back in to return with an egg in her mouth, drops it re/enters to get another,this she did another 8 times!i can only presume it was a shellduck liked it down there.i must say tho,they was tasty!
  12. dont knock it till you try it!i also use fish, rabbit pigeon,and i get just as many with crap,plus it lasts ages,no more rebaiting everyday cos the mice have taken it.personally i do better with fox snowballs out the freezer rather than fox poo as this time of year there more keen to get to spray as thats a more terratorial marker than crap,just my opinion tho.

  14. hi,just wandered if anybody else uses mink poo in cage traps,ive been doing well lately after a summer of collecting the stuff .put in little bags, straight in the freezer when er indoors not looking .also fox wee collected off the snow,works great this time of year!
