    If you can take him to a stock market and get him used to walking around amoungst a variety of animals on the lead any unwanted attention should be checked accompanied by a NO! Another way is through the field with sheep on a long lead and same as above if unwanted intrest is shown, Better still if you can find some hand reared lambs they dont tend to run off which provokes the chase response ! and pup will get used to them I know of a place in west sussex PM me if intrested I am going up myself and can check if there is any objection with you going. atb

    is there a quick way to check what calibers are cleared (deemed suitable by the chief counstable) on new areas of land if the landowners are unsure?

    you should not have a problem with rimfire, they may request you are mentored for a centre fire. dont wait get it in you have good grounds its your livleyhood! thats like saying leave it a year before taking your trailer test after you passed driving test its all about them feeling more comfortable about you join BASC if they reject it pass it to Basc. good luck

    We all want what we all want for various reasons, but there is commonly an alternative, there are plenty of scopes VASTLY cheaper than the Z6i and frankly, for the majority of shooters, JUST as useable! I hate the Sauer anyway, just a personal thing, they appear to work ok. Why don't you consider 2 or 3 Complete rifle setups, and go and do some more research on that possibility! Changing barrels and zeroing is a pain, and remember you ONLY have 1 rifle at any time, other options give you 3 rifles ready to go! thanks Decker so I am thinking synethic stock due to it bein

    Optional barrel changes are commonly just simply a Marketing extension of the manufacturing process these days. It may well work for some people BUT 1 rifle one setup is the quick simple and surefire way for most. there must be a saving there as you only buy one good scope ? the only loss you will have by having an interchangable barrel is accuracy, plus the rezero everytime you change is a PITH (pain in the hole) Buy once buy quality, and if you need 2 calibres then buy two....!!! this is just my humble opinion of course.     following my 308 post have been looking at a Sauer 202, I have slots available for 22.250, 243 and 308 cal pricey but I am looking at it from the point of view I want a z6i on it and i can get all the barrels apparentley with 2 min of movement after change!? opinions please also what mod and mounts ??

    for the record she is in kit I took the jill in said i suspected pregnancy ! they took me in did an ultra sound conformation of pregnancy !! said nout out to til £46 please you did the hob your paying for this plus another snip vet full waiting room my voice may have been raised !! back to the girly in a seperate hutch loking forward to kits

    My poley jill has been in bed the last 2 mornings when i have been cleaning out, saw her this morning thinning hair on rear end pick her up turn her over very swollen belly and promernent nipples take it she is in kit? stressed out from being with others (hair loss) so I need to move her to a sperate hutch and watch her diet (all after i go and slap the vet ) funny how the card machine always works :wankerzo4: anyway rant over tips on how to lookafter her will be my first litter advice please

      Common for it to go wrong. Got mine done, jills had kits, they did him again and removed 1 testes, pregnant again the next year! Endedup being castrated.

    Just had a go at knocking up a small knife to hang round my neck did a step dy step photo diary the blank quick sand down the handle wood cut in half epoxy on hole drilled pins in fist bit of shape rounding off oil on sheath started sheath stitched all done ! thanks for looking

    Kit wise I take a karrimore 45l rucksack with side pouches inside a Nanook sleeping bag with one 16cm zebra can (storing tea bags, snd some spices) one tatonka pan (storing crusader mug,spork,touch up sharpening stone and some dry birch bark) side pouch, Hooch(tarp) therma rest and hammock. other side water bottle, wash kit, tubs with milkpowder, flour, baking powder,sultarnas and sugar. outside of poch Gortex bivi bag, axe, saw and leather gloves. top pouch, first aid, compass, head torch abd spare batterys. will rty and put up pics some time if anybodys intrested?
