    Did you read about what this book contained including the fact is was a coffee table based book containing mainly pictures with a couple of breif interviews from 2 top coursing men?

    May sound like a stupid idear but cant we have a section on here where a picture of each stolen dog is put like quick refrence not somthing comments etc can be added but if you are out and you see a dog get the details a photo whatever and bring it back to compare to the missing pick or just click on the photo to pass on possable sighting of the dog to the owner ? just an idear

    I wondered what kind of breeding you would like for her replacement? I would sooner have a beddy hybred crossed to another lurcher type preferably a collie hybred lurcher like dogs i have owned in the past. I would be happy to go down the bitsa route next time, just judge the parents and not particularly the breeding. bang on shepp I do now see the merits of proven lurcher to lurcher cross Your both right and to be honest i should have known better as my best lurchers have always been lurcher to lurcher bred dogs.Like they say theirs no fool like an old fool. dont b

    I know of one that is not far off the one in your avitar dose everthing you could want cracking dog good temprement well behaved and like i say deleviers on all aspects lets see if the owner replys! quality cross in my humble opinion balls of steal (JRT) X whippit loving gentle steady intelegent but i am only new to this whole dog thing

    you need to check all police stations far and wide mine was once picked up in surrey and droped off in hampshire luckuly micro chiped i slept the whole night under the truck waiting for her to return good luck thinking of you

    Thats intresting I will check I was enquiering as to how a breed they are trying to establish (Silken Windhounds) and get Kennel club registered could be based on first crosses surley that is just the first part of the breeding? I know nouthing about breeding other than basics of putting dogs with certain qualitys together to add somthing to the line? We are going to visit the kennels so i will inform you once I have quised the breeder I have been told to not mention hunting as it my jepidise our chance of a pup so I will go in my wellies jeans and Swazi!
