  1. I like my 1st cross bedlington greyhound. He is a really strong and solid dog. The only faults are he is very headstrong and wants to fight any other male dog until he gets to know them. I also have a greyhound bedlington cross greyhound whippet she is my favourite although now getting on abit.
  2. My first cross bedlington greyhound dog stands just under 21" tts. I am pretty sure he did not get much taller after 7 months.
  3. I got a ten week old pup last week. When I introduced it to my other two dogs they were not impressed and a little bit hostile towards the pup. I kept them apart when I wasent around and the pup yapped and howled and trashed her sleeping area when ever she was alone. After five nights of this my older dogs started to accept the pup so I put them all in together and everything has been fine since. The older dogs put her in her place when need be, usually when the pup tries to join in at the food bowl or decides to chew abit of one of the other dogs.
  4. I have a greyhound bedlington cross greyhound whippet, she is only 20" at the shoulder and weighs 30lb but she has been a great dog. Would definetly recommend this cross. Would not class them as all rounders though.
  5. Great looking pup, really good cross as well.
  6. I have a dog and a bitch and definetly prefer the bitch. The dogs main prioity seems to be marking his territory, sniffing about and fighting other male dogs. My next pup will be a bitch.
  7. Personal preference but I would look for either a 3/4 greyhound 1/4 collie or a greyhound cross deerhound.
  8. A new member here. I am from the Teesside area, I came across this board when I was looking for some pictures of the parents of a pup I was interested in. I currently own two bedlington cross lurchers. They are getting on a bit now so I am looking out for a pup to join them.
