    If thats a go at me for putting a link up to pics of tongs being used you should read before you comment the pics are a historical account of badger digging on a badger preservation website the pics are already in the public domain and their for anyone to see including anti's and it says quite clearly that to be in possession of tongs is illegal

    Have to say over the years I have chased my share of poachers and their aint many as will stand their ground and have a go, most run like f**k I guess that's why they all wear track suits and trainers :whistling:

    shark aint vermin though so to use that argument is stupid they werent killed for the pelt where as the sharks were killed just for there fins People went out just to kill fox for their pelt it made some of us a lot of money in fact I know some lads as lived on the pelt money they earned and it had f**k all to do with vermin it was all about the £££££££££ ffs we even used to poach fox just for its coat. Perhaps you aren't old enough to remember those days??

    I wouldn't really expect to see much change in mine until 40-45 days depending of course on the size of litter, my last litter threw 11 pups and she was showing at around 30-32 days but litters that size in cockers are not common. Sounds to me like your bitch was well covered you just need to be a bit more patient

    have to keep looking then mate,at least its given you food for thought to do the research eh on the ramblers association website they have a list of law regarding footpaths they make no mention that you must not be on one in the dark and you would think that would be an important point so I shall walk where I please and the if I get took to court for being on a public right of way in the dark I will know it weren't just bollocks midst I don't believe that day will ever come

    just one thing pal .. public footpaths are closed 20 mins after dusk .. so you got lucky the old bill could have nicked you !! unless you were on permission well it was past dusk mate they dint say note bout they are closed. thats the first time ive heard this are you sure this is true?? 20 mins before dawn and 20 mins after dusk . no such thing as a public footpath !! Can you give a link to that specific law that makes using a public footpath/right of way illegal in the dark please find it yourself mate i cant be arsed take it from me
