I am looking to place an order for a this years male harris hawk, im looking for a bird that will fly around the 1lb6plus. I know i am late in looking however my mentors pair have been unsucessful and i am looking to secure a bird. I am new to falconry, I have done just over a year with my mentor, I am doing the lantra award and if breeders need to see my setup or speak with my mentor then that's fine. for a beginner it may take a while. when you get the knack can make them quickly, takes me around 20 mins for a 4ft net

You could use the white boards they use in commercial kitchens, it wipes down easily and is quite cheap if you have a Euro Cell distributor in your area

Had a good week! my missus bought me a falconry course for my birthday, but has given it me early! Im a self employed builder and went to do a job in the village and turns out the guy keeps falcons, so found myself a mentor aswel! Was thinking of starting to get some equipment together rather than having to pay everything out at once. Where do people recommend buying from? Thanks
