just wanted to know how many of us know the laws,rules and regulations on ferreting and think it will be an interesting topic for any new ferreters so if anyone knows then post away!!

just an off chance that maybe there is a falconer out there that needs a ferreter to help them bolt some rabbits for them as i have a good stock of working ferrets and also have field experience as i have been doing it for 12 years or more now and i am based close to hemel,harrow,watford,south-mimms,london-colney,st albans but am also willing to travel for about an hour an a half of these locations,cheers

sorry to hear that mate and you must be gutted and hope she also killed the ferret but dont think i could have controlled my temper and would have definately give the neighbour a dig for not locking up the ferrets and even though it was an accident i would have thoughtaboutmyreactions after,sorryabout the bird mate

FEMALE HARRIS HAWK (VERY LARGE) only selling her now as the other 1 went today and only have the time for 1 and will be ripping down aviarys tomorrow to build new ones ready for the moult she is between 4-5 years old with huge feet,feather perfect and she flys at 2lb 2 1/2oz she is vocal and i am not gonna lie she also is a nutter,she is a spitefull bitch and definately not a 1st time bird she is not to be trusted with other birds,dogs or ferrets but she is very good looking and powerfull,any questions feel free to ask,good luck £275 and i am near south-mimms,watford,barnet,hatfield,north

2x 15 foot mk1 collars in perfect working order 1 mk1 ferret locator but was working but the old fella try tuning it by the screws either end on the mother board but dont know why as they where fine before he touched them so it just needs someone who knows what they are doing as it just a case of turning each screw in the right direction in door ferret cage,complete wire and its a 3 tier one 2 ferret hutches both 2 tier 2 indoor dog cages with removeable plastic floor 1 fold up spade but well used 1 fold up pick and spade in one set of falconry balance scales (home-made) all sorts of

my 20 month old rottweiler comes ferreting with me and he can catch rabbits bolting from holes and across field also he flurottweiler coursing dogshed out and caught a rat and the other day he was chasing a deer across the field but because he got the slip to late he missed it by maximum of 10 feet and he also missed a stoat by inches across the field and would have caught it if the stoat never made it to the rabbit hole anyone know of anyone else who use's a rotty because to me its un heard of,,,need your views and opinions on this as to me he seems a one off and he stays out with us all day

allways halve whatever depth its telling you use a probe as you dig dont dig as fast in case you chop a fert in half silly question i know but what is a probe good for as i know what they are but never used 1,is it just for finding the depth
