    As above im after a Diahatsu Fourtrak, must be rust free or very little as my last one failed MOT due to the usual rusting of the Sills etc.. If any one knows of any let me know Cheers Wez

    Lads my pup has just gone 6 months old and stands at 17"tts. Her breeding is Beddy grey, Collie grey X Whippet both partents were 22-23 " tts. Now i know she has lots more growing to do yet and that a good gauge of her size will be some where near her sire and dam but looking at other dogs of similar breeding they seem taller at their age. My question is what age do they stop growing? and do you think that size is about average?? any info would be great, cheers Wez

    I have been out visiting farms/landowners last 2 days trying to gain a bit more permission for running the dogs and it's correct what was said earlier, mention lamping and they do not want to know... Gained some more decent pigeon shooting and foxing permission but all to be taken with shotgun and rifle only. Had some blank looks of farmers wife's when trying to explain what lamping is, believe it or not some do not even understand what it entails and are therefore reluctant to let you on. Some are just dam right twats and basically tell you to beat it!!

    Yes there has been a few moments when she has been running along side the dog getting just that little bit to close trying to jump at him, i have called her off when she is doing this as like you say it may cause injury.. atb wez

    With reagrds to exercise for my pup i am not keeping her on a lead once we get on the permission she is just free running with my Staff, recall on her is good, i can whistle or call her name and shes right back at my feet. My concern is whilst shes off the lead she is sometimes running full pelt with the other dog. Will this cause problems with joints etc due to the free running? Wez

    Hello Lads, Just thought i would share a few pictures of my new bitch 'Mouse' she is a (sire) Whippet x (Dam) Beddy Grey, Collie Grey, this makes her 1/2 Whippet 1/4 Grey 1/8th Collie & 1/8th Beddy. Her Dam is owned by MEG of here and sire was owned by his mate, both good workers.. She is my first Lurcher and myslef being a complete novice to the game she is a pleasure to own. She retrives a dummy back to hand 90% of the time. A little more work to do just yet but im more than happy so far Other basics including sitting and staying she has mastered, really happy with her progre
