    Tried lamp last night with my new battery and it's terrible. The on off buttons have a sequence, if you dim the lamp using the buttons on the back of the lamp then press the on off button rather than switching the lamp off it reverts back to full beam! Then you have to press it again for it to go off! Not impressed at sent it back this morning and will be making sure I get a variable striker with the dial dimmer.

    Cheers lads, as I'm waiting on a battery I can't try it out but just the feel and operation of it is rubbish, think this is going back. I just hope I can get hold of a one with a dimmer instead of these button things. Keep away boys - rubbish!

    Just sold my old striker variable as I wanted a new set up for coming season so orderd a new striker variable 170 off eBay for £104 and I'm waiting on a new 22ah lithium. Anyway lamp came this morning and it's completely different to my last one with a dimmer dial on the back, this has now been replaced with two buttons, the on off button does not click on and off as the old model did. From reading the instructions you have to hold it for 0.5 seconds for on/off. Not sure if I like the new style I much preferred the old type, has any body got this type and have any views/ experience with it?

    As above Weirauch HW 95k .22 for sale, decent condition had this gun for 8 years been a good solid good, full power great for the bunnys want £150 for it Webely and Scott 912 12g shotgun, multi choke, o/u, 30" barrels, comes in hard carry case paid £650 for this 2 year ago want £400 ono for it, nice condition, pristine bores, tight action. Few cabinet marks but overall good condition. Will swap for another shotgun with 28" barrells or shorter e.g lanber game etc..     Morning Lads, thinking of getting another pup some time in the near future to work with my little whippet x. I have been giving some serious thought into getting a 3/4 whippet 1/4 bull as the land a work is mainly smallish fields so a dog of smaller size suits me. I have heard nothing but good things on Powell's Pocket Rockets so I am intrested in hearing your Experiences with the dogs as personally I think they would be a perfect little cross for the type of land I work and the graft it would see. If any one can send me Jasons number through PM it would be greatly appreciated, ATB wez..

    For sale is my Webley & Scott 912 o/u 12 g shotgun. 30 " barrels, single selective trigger, multi choke, ejector. The gun comes with 5 chokes and a hard carry case. Gun is in mint condition, clean bores and a tight action. I swapped this with my father for my Lanber but just can't get away with it and it's a shame sat in the cabinet as it's a lovely Gun. I'm looking to sell for £450 Ono or swap for another Lanber plus cash either way. Gun is about 2 year old I believe with me being the second owner. Will get some pics up as soon as I can.     For me it's Muck Boots every time. For around £55 you can buy the Muck boot derwent which it a cracking boot. I wear mine all the time as they are like slippers really comfortable, they are Neoprene also which means they are lovely and warm. I would highly reccomend a pair mate..
