  1. Excellent! Your presence has also been requested over here, been told that wood needs doing properly lol.
  2. Aye pretty much I make her sound terrible. But she hasn't bit me. And she isn't possessive with anything with me, she will give up anything I want to take from her, including quarry and food. She retrieves well. But if another dog tries to mug her, she won't have it. She was barking in the kennel last night, I went out to tell her to shut up. . . . decided to let her out for a piss and she bolted straight out of the kennel into the veg patch and nailed a rat . . . . So I think I may have discovered the cause of the barking! Fecking rats.
  3. I'm always up for that, just seen the old man now, been out on a boat somewhere today after trout, good day apparently . . . . . .jammy git!
  4. Woke up with a sore head. . . and realised I rang someone off here late last night and talked at them for an hour! lol.

  7. Yer, what joe said. Come here, and we'll have a bbq and a drink, a good chat and figure it all out. I'm killing two pigs this week, so will have plenty of sausages.
  8. think she thinks it's the leader of the pack Not a chance mate. . . . . . She knows EXACTLY who the boss is. The question is . . . . . who is second in command? lol. Seriously though, all of my dogs know that I am in charge, but this bitch has a real personality, and a real need to be interacting with me at all times. Also, I think she is probably smarter than half of the folk on this site
  9. So who's actually going? I'm losing track haha. I'll be there, with the hound.
  10. £200 quid max, is fair for a good pup, anything over seems a bit money grabbing . . . .

What a crock of shit !! Aye, cos everyone in their 20's are so switched on, they really do have all of that experience to give their kids the best of guidance. . . . . . To be honest, nearly all of the dick head kids i've met, have had young parents, often more interested in other things, having fun, going out etc.
  12. I'm not welsh ....I just choose to live here Exactly!
  13. Been there, nice place, lots of bunnys. The locals are fed up of eating them haha.

"more often just amoral people making their quotas so they don't lose funding I.e their jobs." Is that based upon any kind of factual information or experiance? There are obviously cases where social services over step the mark . . . . . But there are plenty of parents out there that abuse, torture, exploit, rape and generally make the lives of their children miserable. yeah plenty of first hand experience in this area sadly. me and the wife both work with a charity that fights to help good parents get their children back and bring to account social care services and so calle

No they shouldn't, I spend too much of my time dealing with the after effects. Most people shouldn't breed, they have nothing to add to the gene pool, and they don't really WANT kids, they just do it because. . . . . thats what you do. Same as dogs, folk get them because thats what people do.
  18. I've got a young lurcher bitch here, collie/whip/grey/saluki/bull, and she is the weirdest dog i've ever owned. It's nothing major, just her personality traits. Firstly she is super protective, and views anyone and everything with suspicion, especially if they come anywhere near me, she also barks at any other dog or person that approaches, and any strange noise at night. Recently we're having a problem when the farm dogs miles up the valley bark at night, very faintly audible here. . . . . and she barks at them in response, waking everyone up! She also HATES me giving affection to any
  19. I think my dog has done it. . . . . twice. Both times, it was a squatter in long ish grass, and he trotted down the beam slow and as he got near, kind of accelerated and jumped at the same time, I suppose a pounce, and both times, nailed the bunny in the seat. Every other time, its flat out down the beam, and i've seen him catch rabbits sat very close to the fence, and on occasion just inside the fence / hedge, by suddenly coming at them like a small, black, bat out of hell, and panicking them into doing something stupid, or just nailing them before they can think / act.
  20. Total bids are over 3 grand already I think . . . . .
  21. Haha. . . . . just seen this. No . . . . it aint a running dog. . . . . it's a lurcher stood still. On a serious note, if you can't see the athleticism in that dog. . . . . then your judgement of dogs doesn't really hold much weight.
