Well, we got here! After an epic 1200 mile drive, we've made it to Spain. Met our host and been told there are plenty of fox and boar, so we shall see. Sat in a Spanish apartment with the hound, very surreal.

Tut tut, bull x brigade backing right off lol. Going to end up being left to the little dogs. Touch and go whether Gwen will be in season though so she may miss out. It's in the lap of the gods! On the 'is it prey' note. Was out the other day with three dogs not broken to pigs, came across a small mob of cross bred pigs in a field, all dogs carried on working right next to the pigs and didn't bat an eye lid. But they were not running away and were acting like domestic stock (which they were).

Out of interest do folk think, that UKIp could actually run a whole country, rather than just point out a few problems, pretty much all immigration related and claim they will fix it? Is getting rid of immigrants like waving a magic wand that will fix everything else. Or are folk just being played a fool by popularist politics?

Was listening to the news yesterday, and they were interviewing some typical ukip supporters who were very pleased about the win. One said - Well, now ukip can like, sort out, like the government, what is like, in parliament now. . . . . He just stopped himself saying 'innit' at the end. Our country is f****d every which way.

It's about 100 quid for half a pig. Around 3 quid a kilo. Next year my prices have to go up a bit lol, I'm robbing myself But aye, it's good pork.

Really glad you enjoyed it Nigel. 8 month old free range saddleback, good bit of meat there. Got to pick two cross breeds up tomorrow, should be around 150-160 kilo of pork between them!
