Hi all Dont know if its been done before but lets have a look at your ferret hutches and courts, its suprising what ideas you pick up for designs, this is mine, one of two identical pair, limited edition, I know this because I built them myself

depends how heavy footed it sounded and was it running through a muddy yard as it will sound louder at night, anybodies guess Anyway this prompted me to share an encounter myself. Shooting rats an a regular basis at a pig farm, I decided to record my shots, using my sony cam on nightvision attached to my scope, now bearing in mind it is quite an eery place as the rats are running and playing at the back of sheets of ply fixed to the underside of the rafters literally a few inches above my head, leaves you upturnig your collar and pulling your hat down further. You cant help feeling that one

I ordered my dvd`s from Zini last week. Returning home 2hrs after posting postal order to Germany I just happen to check my post box, low and behold in an envelope I could feel and see the outline of the dvd`s. Hows that for fast service. I quickly opened the envelope only to find they were pornos, on turning the envelope over it was clearly addressed to the neighbour

Shame, you have a style of writing that captures the moments alot of us experience but cant relay it. You could write aid memoirs, you never know you could end up writing a best seller and retire on it, after all thats what other authers do. Alternatively buddy up with Zinni and do the narrating on what he`s thinking on his dvd`s, could be interesting. Keep em coming

Thanks for replies guys Initially when I bought the wh100 it was my only one allround gun, since getting into it I realised the term `horses for courses` and invested in a bsa scorpion t10, this gun is more compact and I felt was more handy for snap shot shooting especially for rats, I now tend to use the wh100 for stalking and sitting/lying positions where distance and accuracy is needed especially for the bunnies which just seem to be just out of range. I have also taken off the strap and tripod from bsa and fitted it to wh100 for ease. Dillan

Hi guys Just read Sweeney Todds topic on custom stocks. As explained in another topic due to muscle damage in both biceps due to an injury years ago, carrying around a wh100 all night knocks hell out of my arms the next day. Good rifles but heavy. Reading Sweeneys topic prompted me to ask the question, if I custom the stock ie take a large thumbhole out of the middle it will lighten the gun. Do you think what I take out will be negligable regarding weight, would it be worth it, would it spoil it, more importantly will it unbalance the gun as a whole. Sensible advice please. Cheers Dillan

LOL..... I have a friend over in the Bradford Area who wanted to deal with JSR in person. They wouldn't speak to him, because he wanted to go and collect his supply of pellets from them and thus save a fortune on delivery. He litterally lives only minutes from the JSR Shed!! (no not a wharehouse or office building it IS or WAS a Shed in the guy's back garden!!) You will be very lucky to get a phone number (although they did have one years ago) for them. Even the address is not they're registered address, its now a PO box number. They sell a lot of stuff on eBay, perhaps you can ge

An LRF is certainly a good investment I've only had a mine a few weeks and its proved its worth its weight in platinum You won't have chance to laze each and every shot though. I got mine for ranging various spots in my fire-zone. Couple an LRF with your scope and CGP, and it makes a superb rig. Makes a lot of things so much easier and of course helps you learn distances across varying terrain. Si (Zini) does not need an LRF, he IS ONE A few weeks ago, I was shooting with him and he mentioned a spot of chalk on a hill and said "What doe's your LRF make that over there?

Both of those guns are easily capable of much longer than the "Normal" ranges. Have a look at Zini's posts, it was his shooting that inspired me to begin to believe in my own capabilities as a Marksman and since then I've not looked back. 99 times out of a hundred, I will begin my shooting session with paper targets out at 35 yards. If I dont put all (or most of) the lead within the 20pence piece I give up and go home for the day. When I'm on form I do this with a .22 (sorry its the same old example, but its the only one I took the time to photograph) 35 yards on m

What do you shoot Dillon? Springer, PCP or Rammer? PCP's are deffinately the easiest to shoot. I taught myself to shoot using a springer at the traveling fun fares at Old Goole Gala and others. Had a break for over 20 years and then a mouse got me into seriously accurate shooting (a mouse brain is pretty small, no wonder I missed it!) Phantom I currently own a HW 100 multishot PCP and a BSA multishot T10 PCP. HW a little heavy for my liking, knocks hell out of my biceps carrying it about stalking, I suffered injuries a few years back with torn muscles, lifting too mu

PCP multishot everytime for me, you wont look back, see if you can get a second hand bsa ultra t10, small, compact and fits like a glove, to me anyway, wouldnt change it for the world.
