    for folks information I'm on good terms with the farmer,with well trained dogs which walk the ground on a regular basis,its great tae hear all the perfect people on here with their opinions,that I don't hesitate to say came from their own minds,and the open minded views from people that understand a well trained dog and no doubt have one,i have no worries and neither does the farmer,my dog kept its distance the critical views on here may need more experience of a well trained aware dog to understand the pleasure iof working with one that knows [BANNED TEXT] to mess with and [BANNED TEXT] not t

    i got myself a minshaw x,with idea of having a decent all rounder,i ran a whip x grey but her speed was her down fall on unfamiliar ground,and foot injury forced her retiremnt,im curious to see any pics of a minshaw or minshaw x,(i have not as of yet mastered the pic down load,my minshaws 5mths and keen to please,hows yours?

    aye i got the history to,i cant get pics up yet prob with picture re sizeing,my bitch split her paw just above the pad,long story,im gutted she may not run again again just bad luck and a touch of inexperience from me,she'll be kept as a pet once i breed her,very canny dog.

    i have a whipxgrey,not an everyday lurcher,i would go with the collie x,theres alot to take into consideration with whipx,if you have the time to work on stamina,ive always thought it best to walk your ground before you go as this type can be very prone to injury,but by f**k they can shift mate,very,very quick,to bloody quick at times,with a manic frame of mind once they see the quarry then its game on,hearts in your mouth,but as i say you have to pick your ground,good luck

    i have bitch from this litter and was interested in how other folks have done and what you think.

    im in the same situation,the vet stapled it,after 4months i ran her it held up a few days later it split,i glued it straight away,after 2months she had a short run it split again,i glued it,it split,now ive left it,i keep it clean and my fingers crossed,its when she really puts the power on that it splits,ive took to the idea she may not run again,shes only 4yrs whippetxgrey,good luck mate and i understand any frustration you feel,patients mite be good i dont know if i should have laid her up for longer when it first split,i took the vets advice which was a failure,im gutted.

    Does anyone else find it more harmonious to keep a dog and a bitch together? I have one of each and they seem to do ok. The bitch is the boss and the dog seems very accepting of this. i keep a dog and bitch,ive heard plenty sad stories about same sex after a variety of time just something sparks the old dominance,my bitch at half the weight of my dog is the boss,its very clear,i leave the cat with them to,i hate the f*****g thing!,but the cats queen over both,mind the did get a few swipes as pups!!!!!!!
