    the 1 of many laws when having a rifle and shotgun is to have a gun cabnet and ammo cabnet. however how do you stand when away for a weekend hunting or even a week. and not having a gun cabnet in a b & b or cottage your staying in. Adam

    well after santa had getting me a clay trap, i was dying to get out but with day after day of rain and snow. i was unable to get out, but this afternoon it had stoped and the gun clays trap was in the jeep alone with me brother. we headed up onto the feild and had a quick pratice to see what the trap could do. we wwere ready ( pull ) was shouted at the first to clays where up in the air BANG BANG the clays were shattered. it was then i relised how much for clay shooting is and how it can help and make you enjoy as bleep day adam happy new year all

    wel al didnt go to plan this morning up at 7 ready flask filled walked out the door rain heavy rain not [bANNED TEXT] the las on the tv had said, so i went back inside praying it would stop, by 10 i had give up, after a quick shop with the girlfriend, the sun had came out and the flask was refilled it was time to get out, once on the field the wind had picked up a little but not to bad, pigeons were coming over the wood so i set up and waited, after a few cuppers the pigeons started to come in and i bagged a right and left from a flock of about 10, however it was my day the hevy rain came back

    well after reading a few threads on decoying in the snow and watch the pigeon over the last few days i decided to clear a area of snow away for my decoyin at first light how could the pigeons resist the new growth coming through when the rest of the fields in the area are covered in snow and ice. hopfully the weather stays clear and the pigeons are hungry adam

    Hi Adam, This can be quite an emotive subject as its all down to personal preference – Rifle calibre, fixed or variable power scope, bino’s etc. There is also the temptation to go in for all the gadgets and accessories when you’re first starting up but it’s best to keep things simple. I’m quite new to stalking so take this as it’s intended as advice from one beginner to another...     i avent done any wildfowling as of yet but would love to start it up after learning more about the sport and hopfuly joining a club or tagging along with some . how many of you set the decoys and just wait or does every 1 use a call aswel if so what call works best adam

    ive had feeders down a few year now, but over the last month or so the arseholes with thy lil 4 x4 have decided to drive over the land, now on re filling my feeders up i noticed a lil damage to the odd 1 now am noticing tht 1 or 2 are starting to go missing, i am using the standard feeder barrel with 3 legs, can any 1 give me any advice on keeping my feeders on the feilds and nt in sum 1 garden. i.e different set up regardsa adam
