  2. Hi all, Brought an L200 warrior today, its an 05 plate with 19000miles on the clock. Was just wondering if anyone knows of anywhere that sells good quality accessories for them at a good price, Bedliners, snorkels, torneau covers?? etc. Also what sort of mpg's should i be expecting? cheers sr
  3. I'll third that mate, i feed my staff a barf diet and he looks great on it. He has all the usual - lamb hearts, tripe, minced beef, chicken legs/breast, occasionly liver, the odd egg and 2 or 3 raw beef bones a week. And i'm gonna try him on pigs trotters this week SR
  4. is the picture of the statue the 3 commandos to commemorate the training ground used before the d day landings or was it arnhem ? any one know??? Nemo, Yes it is the commando memorial, to commemorate the training ground. Its near speanbridge about 10 miles north of fort william. The fourth pic down is a picture of Fort William from about 3 quarters of the way up Ben Nevis. SR
  5. Just a couple of the almost 300 pics i took while away in scotland for a week with the missus.
  6. After my last question it got me thinking, what time do you feed your dogs and why at that particular time? I feed mine at 8pm every day, mainly because if i'm gonna be doing anything to strenuose (spelling) with him it'll be in the afternoon or early evening hence a good 18hrs plus after being fed, then once he's fed he's got a few hours before being put out to go to the toilet before bed! My second question is how much does it cost you to feed your dog each week? mine is on a barf diet and costs me around £3:50 - £4 each week, all bones are free from my butcher. Cheers SR
  7. Thanks for all the replies fellas, I'll pick a few up when i'm there again this week. And see how he gets on with them. Might even try one myself if i'm feeling brave enough ha ha. Thanks again SR
  8. Hey Basically my question is in the title, was in my local butchers the other day picking up some bones and he had some very large pigs trotters on the side for 20pence each, was just wondering if anyone feeds them to there dogs and if so do they give them raw or cook them first. cheers SR

  12. Hey, Try having a look on www.bobgrass.co.uk Used to use his skincure on a gsd i used to have, she had some kind of allergy that the vets couldn't get to the bottom of. This stuff worked wonders! And was a lot cheaper than a visit to the vets!!!!!

  14. Was chating to a friend of mine a while ago who lives in New Zealand and he was telling me of a new so called craze out there where a lot of the lads who work there dogs where crossing staffordshire bull terriers with jack russells. Calling them "jack staffs". Was just wondering if anybody had any experience with these dogs and if so what they thought of them, how they work them etc. Sounds like an excellent ratting dog????
