you cant go wrong with a saluki whippet greyhound for your first lurcher mate they brilliant. especially for small quarry that you want.

cant beat a squirrel mate my saluki whippet greyhound caught 11 this weekend in a local park of mine. theres loads around and they are fat as f*ck. all the best... lamp king.

only bad thing i can say about my saluki cross is the whine they do. in time they get a bit better other than that mate a fantastic dog a pleasure to own. all the best mate... lamp king

i feed my saluki whippet greyhound dry with tripe mixed in. and i feed my bull/x tit bits from the butchers carcusses and dry food. both of my dogs are as healthy as can be and it really dont cost me a bomb neither. all the best mate... lamp king.

hi ya mate have you tried teaching him commands in a busy public place so he gets use to people around him. also i use my own distinctive whistle call that both of my dogs know. good luck mate just keep drilling it in to him and in time it will click, lurchers can be stubborn little so and sos. all the best... lamp king.

fanks mate i have tried quite a few farms but u know what its like out there. have you got dogs yourself mate.fecking weathers been shit aint it not good lamping conditions.

hi there mate i also live in surrey i have got 2 lurchers but all the land i hunt is pretty far away do yopu know anywhere around surrey i can get a bit of permission to work my dogs both of them are stock broken. all the best.

Hi there mate what part of surrey are you from im from carshalton in surrey.I have got a bsa ligtning xl .22 air rifle but im more in to my lurchers now. do you know anyone that would give me any permission to hunt there land for rabbits,both of my dogs are stock broken. if you could mail back it would be much appreciated. thank you mate. lamp king.
