    yes i use a amber filter its bang on mate (the red one is only good for rats) its my preference good allround filter and you dont get seen using it Only suitable for rats,not sure how you come to that conclusion. I wouldn't be without a red filter, i've tried an amber one and couldn't stand using it. every man 2 there own

    Thats not strictly true SS,its perfectly legal to use a terrier to fox to ground to protect game and wild bird, also its perfectly legal to hunt foxes to waiting guns, as long as no more than 2 dogs used. Also perfectly legal to hunt an injured/shot fox. Edit to add Its NOT Banned In Ireland, and the laws are also different in Scotland.
