    There is 2 fellas drive around my way in a suzuki jeep, jacked up and with big tyres and a snorkel. I dont think they even got any dogs but they drive every field coursing hares with the car, ripping up the seed etc. What chance Jebus do anyone have of getting permission with these dickheads about? You speak like its only a case of asking for permission and you will recieve it, I personally dont think you have a clue mate.

    My personal view is that his cross would be lacking zip, quickness. Loads of brain and stamina but not the speed. I know saluki have speed, but you get the main speed from the greyhound in a cross i.e saluki/greyhound or collie/greyhound. Not saluki/collie

    My nephew shot and retrieved a hare with his dog 4-5 weeks ago that wasnt running right, when the dog retrieved it she was full of young. The cold weather hasnt put them off breeding.
