  9. Hi don't know if this post is ok on this section , but here we go ,I'm 33 and am quite willing to exchange the odd days work in exchange for some ferreting permision in Surrey Hampshire Berkshire area posibly Kent . I'm experienced in outdoor work so any woodland management ditching tree planting pond clearence or work of this kind would not be a problem , I did study forestry many years ago and outdoor work is what I do I'm now a self employed gardener as the moneys good ,many thanks an honest hard working bloke who likes his ferreting , did I mention honest thanks for your time
  10. You sure it's not just milk ??? If not vets I go to my vets first a d explain [bANNED TEXT] is wrong saves trapesing all the wy there with ferrets , if there is something in there it will become infected she will die , but if your not prepared to go to a vets why keep animals it's one of them things that can happen

  13. I know abloke who has a few the hob is castrated and soft as anything one jill is ok one jill is excelent a real nice ferret and one jill never had the time put in when she was a kit and will gladly tare you a chunk out of your hand, with any ferret the first few months of it's life are critical you have toput the work in or you don't get the rewards and I would imagine with these ferrets you have to put in a he'll of a lot of work ,but I can't see why with work and efort the bond and trust canot be there , but I supoze if the person who breeds them before you get it doesn't put in the work
  14. One thing I will ad is when you call your jill out in the morning make sure she's drinking ,myne became dehydrated looking after the kits so much put a bowl of warter in the water bottle wasn't up to the job ,and once a day I've been giving myne alpro soya milk keep her strong ,

  16. If a kit is abnormal or not feeding it will die and the jill will dispose of it yes eat it normal if one goes
  17. Don't buy em matey - just encourages the idiots to sell them silly money. Color makes no difference to work and any genuine person will give em to you for same as any other.
