  5. was out a walk yesterday and down at the local farm i never seen the sheep in the park and my pup was off the lead. hes not fully stock broken yet and he was a bit in front and next minute a seen him taken off but it was too late too shout on him, so the pup chased the sheep to the top off the park but never went near them. soon as the sheep stopped he turned back and headed back down towards me no damage done but a seen to him when he came back, next minute two men from the farm appeared with with video camera and started questioning ma friends about the dog and saying they want the dog. then

  7. the best way to get your dog fit is work it, get out on the lamp on rabbits and give it plenty runs and out during the day mooching. ave never road walked a dog in my life, a try and get my dogs out everyday for a good walk and get the lurcher out lamping any chance i get. keep them on qaurry experience can beat fitness at times atb poacherman
  8. http://www.arthurcarteruradshop.co.uk/shopexd.asp?id=619 anybody ever used this new quick release. lets me know what yous think of it and how it realy works atb poacherman
  9. done the same about 3 weeks ago. it was on a small park next to a school and it was clamped down. straight away a thought rabbit and slipped the dog, next minute it gets up after a 30 yard run the dog had it, when it got up a seen the ears straight away. seen another 3 after that, all small leverets. was suprised
  10. when am teaching a dog to jump a always put a bit of plywood up at the gate of the inside garden and everyday it goes a walk it needs to jump over it to get out and just keep increasing the height as the dog gets better and say over as your command when it jumping it.. in time your dog will realise what the command over is. you dont want to be out lamping and needing to walk 50 yards in to the park for your dog to eventually jump the fence. you want it over the the fence before you and sitting down ready to get its lead back on atb poacherman
