    maybe so.still involves money being made from it.the reason i hunt deer is to feed my family.il clip one and wont worry about getting another one till my freezer is very low.i dont like the idea of going rambo on them just to feed a bravado.

    typical post from someone who gets into deer hunting and like many before you think that they are something above other ordinary people. looking down there noses at people who might not have the fancy clothes or a certain posh accent.deer are there for everybody we all got to eat.look at the photo you have on your profile of a few deer lying there why the need to shoot so many?or maybe they were on the way to a game dealer.maybe a bit more conservation and you would nt have to worry about who else is out.or maybe you want all to yourself

    wheatons were used for thing imo and i dont think you could get a better dog for the job.But from whatever experience iv had with wheatons i would certainly not thrust them to run cover cause they will tackle any livestock in sight

    got a new pup the weekend and am delighted with her she is a big strong bitch for her age.Only problem is i did nt notice till the following day that she is carrying her back paw.She does nt seem to be in any pain iv thouroughly checked her out and cant find any injuries marks or scars.She is putting weight on her paw but when she is moving she seems to be dipping or twisting her rear hip.I rang and told the guy i bought her from and explained to him and he swears that he never noticed anything wrong with her and to be honest he sounds like a genuine dog lad he even rang me to check if the bit

    from what iv read lurchers were bred during the times that wealthy landlords banned the taking of any game off their lands, and so no persons other than so called noble people were allowed to own hounds. so peasant masterminds bred their dogs and kept them hidden from there landlords in order to poach for feeding for their families,id imagine deer rabbit foul was there speciality

    i dont get it. if the pups are well bred why would he have to put them on done deal to sell them.especially 4 or 5 pups. normally your digging mates would snap them up.
