Hi Andy, Regarding working out the FT LB on the rifle, you take the velocity readout speed then multiply by the velocity speed again then the weight of pellet or bullet used which is usually on the tin or box then divide by the magic number 450240, so in the case above it would be 870 (velocity speed) Multiplied by 870 (velocity speed again) Then multiplied by weight of pellet or bullet in this case 15.8 then divide by 450240 giving you the FT LBS of the firearm in question Hope this helps mate Regards Mickie

Hi everyone, I am new to this site but have been shooting the odd pigeons and duck on a local farm last year but I am wanting to try to get some shooting rights for vermin control , rats, rabbits, pidgeons, in the south yorkshire or surrounding areas, I am a firearms certificate holder for my 12 guage shot gun and also have a pre charged air rifle set up for lamping and day shooting too, I am also interested in getting a rim fire (bullet gun) but obviously I need the land owners permission and the police land checks before I can do that so I was wondering if anyone on here knew anyone who woul
