  11. I could head shoot bunnies out to 200 yards and beyond with monotonous regularity with my .22 hornet, using Sierra 45 grain varminter bullets, if cost is not a major factor, there is no need to re-load the .22 hornet if yours will shoot the excellent Hornady 35 grain vmax (and most seem to) but I am afraid most other factory ammo is rather pedestrian in .22 hornet, owing to the rather low charge used to avoid blowing the chambers on the very old hornets still in use, so if a different make/weight of bullet is required, re-loading is a must, however if its just been used for bunnies, and your ri
  12. I would go WMR and get semi auto, Hornady do the 30 grain vmax which is a superb round, hornet is a brilliant little round, but really must be re-loaded to get the best out of it, but on the upside, when I re-loaded for my hornet,I reckon I could do them for around 18-20 pence a bang
  13. Trespass is a civil, not criminal offence, are they saying you committed any criminal damage whilst on their property? As that is the only criminal offence you could be charged with, this sounds very odd to me indeed,as others have stated wait for the summons, which I suspect may never arrive, and speak to a field sports savvy lawyer, are you in any shooting/field sports organisations IE BASC or Countryside alliance? As they will provide advice.
  14. haha yes im very lucky that we have a big garden and a field at my dads! although it does mean I never get anything productive done as im always on the look out for stuff Thats my idea of productive mate
  15. First air rifle was a way too big for me Webley mk3 when I was about 8, I remember me and the old man walking down the main road, him carrying the rifle, no bag, just on his shoulder, we used to go and shoot in this wood down the road, I never hit a bloody thing, but the old man shot a few squirrels I remember, then came a Crosman medalist .22 pump pistol, that I am convinced was way over powered, shot my first rabbit with it when I was 13, I can remember it like it was yesterday the old man had a shotgun, and I used to go with him, naturally I wanted a shotgun, and was taken to a gunshop in Bak
