    Me and my eldest lad went out this morning for a couple of hours,we done two good looking field setsbut only got seven out of them ,the ferrets did not seem to be working right ,while we were there the bloke nextdoor came over and said would we do his fields too,the place was snide with rabbits ,and i told him we would come back after a couple more frosts as they, were in the hedges,he said he had more land over the road where the rabbits were out in the open ,and if we followed him he would show us .We drove over the road ,then up a farm track into a large grass field,it was very steep and w

    i went out yesterday and set half a dozen fenns,i allso set a peg snare that been sitting in the bottom of my trap bag,when i got there this morning the first trap had fired ,and was out of the hole the full lenth of the tether ,there was no fur or blood on the jaws ,so that ones a mystery,the next two were blank then i had three on the trot, ihad set the snare on a patch of thick sharp grass,i,ve had a few off this strip,the rabbits like to sit on it before they get out to feed among the weeds.

    I went out yesterday and set a couple of snares,i would have set more but the ground here is just to hard to get a peg in,over the last two nights four foxs have been shot in this field,so i might just get to keep something that i catch for a change.i was going ferreting on monday but i think i will give it best ,till we have had a drop of rain as the ground a round here is like concrete

    Spot on mate ,theres three on the prodder and two in the fork of the tree,i know there hard to see , but on a hot day , where else would they be .

    Its common sense ,it was a very hot day ,where would the rabbits be ?my Mrs knew,a boy scout would know,theres only one part of that picture where those rabbits could be,there not easy to spot ,but if you use your eyes ,and think ,you might spot them.
