I am looking for about 3 day’s hind stalking in Scotland. The difference being and where I need some help is that I don’t want the 'traditional' style. What I really want and I have no contacts are almost a working holiday where I am involved with the day from the hill to the larder etc. I don’t really want self catering but B&B or staying with the stalker/gillie is fine. Does anyone know of such a thing? I’m an experienced rifleman, mainly roe and foxes/vermin and a part time gamekeeper.
