    it all strted for me 6 years ago. when my brother got a dog only for a pet she is a collie/bull x whippet!!! she was about seven months old at the time . and 1 day i was walking around my local school ground. there was rabbits evry were. i never done eny hunting in my life but my cosion had been doing it for a few years so i went and told him about all the rabbits i saw . and he sed to me your brothers dog will catch rabbits try going over there with a lamp he said. my brother had lost interest in the dog has all the other things hed been into. so 1 night i decided to go and take alook . s

    I WAS JUST WOUNDERIN ABOUT THIS BREED OVE DOG. COULD SOMEONE TELL ME MORE ABOUT THEM . THEY SEEM TO BE GAME DOGS WAT IVE HERD SO FAR. IM THINKING ABOUT GETTING ONE OVE THESE DOGS MY SELF.     I NORMALY JUST OBEDIENCE TRANING INTILL 12 MONTHS .THEN START THEM ON RABBITS ON THE LAMP AT 14 TO 15 MONTHS I FIND THAT THE DOGS DONT START YAPPING AFTER THIS AGE . THEN ABOUT 18 MONTHS ON ENY THING ELSE IF THEY ARE MATURE ENOUGH !!

    i waz just wounderin what you lurcher folk thinks wat would be the best all round lurcher for [pre ban game] i.e hares ,deer ,fox. i would opt for a deerhond / greyhound x saluki / bullgreyhound. what do you other dog men think ??

    i have a bull whippet cross and is game az f**k when it comes down to the pre ban stuff. but never had a beddy whippet cross. but if i considerd 1 id prefer beddy x grey thats my opinion!!
