    Iv got dog of same breeding they got touch of airdale in them. but the dog was about 25 years of lurcher to lurcher mostly bull/grey bred from the same stuff as the sire 2 my dog cob ? Aye its sire to my bitch. thought it was ,was talking 2 the lad who has cob now. last nite in my local pub and he just put over first x so their some stuff down here aswell aye the bitch called blackie?

    If youve only a small gene pool,or you want to fix the best points of closely related stock,inbreeding is a valuable part of sustaining a good bloodline,only when you carry on inbreeding without the use of an outcross,do genetic problems surface. I aint no expert mate. but surley if your breeding full brother to sister in lurcher or running dogs, not terriers or fighting dogs. There going be a fault in either the dog or the bitch if you breed the brother to sister. then surley your going be twice as much likely to have the fault magnifed more in the pups.

    I dont see the point breeding full brother to sister, unless a accident happens. You got 100s dogs to choose a stud that suits you. so whats point risking the breeding and inbreeding so close?

    What happens when dog chases long distance next few fields were you cant see or out the beam pal? Its ok if you work the same land you know well, go some were new its liabilty.

    Aye I use wheelie bins. Cut the front of whellie bin and put bit ply round front to keep shavings/straw for winter and ya got ideal box.

    depends how young the dog is pal. I wouldnt let it out the run when its crying or it will have the opisite affect, so it thinks when it cries it will get out JMO If the dog is in the run crying at wire to get out,a squirt with garden hose quietens 99% dogs. Then if it starts crying again you just got click the hose in to tap and they back in there box quiet lol dont need wet them just the hose clicking in tap enough. they switch on to that pretty fast. But Its not advicable in winter with 6 week auld pup.

    I Think staffs and english bulls are fooked now. Maybe 15 20 year ago you would av got decent staff very hard now, and only down side is there a bit shorter in leg than proper bull. jmo

    There was litter of patterdale x grey up here 15 -20 years ago in scotland. I had dog pup out litter but died when was 6 month old. dont think any of pups were anything decent.

    I get floor paint at work the none slip stuff with small grains mixed in. ya get a tin of very thick paint with like sand in it, and tin of thiners. mix it at how thick you want it. Seems to be doing ok on our workshop floors and on my trailer lol dont know about a kennel thou.

    Whats the big deal about these minshaw dugs??? How much wastage do you produce per litter? How many average would take fox deer hare single pre ban??? Nearly every pic see there always doubled up with fancy chad piacs with game hanging on fence. Whats the differnce between the old well breed decent collie grey and your minshaws??
