snap his hand off mate.i had one of these for 6 or 7 years, and i mullered it. i was putting a full tin of pellets through it most weekends plinking, then out doing a bit of ratting with it. the only problem i ever had with it that one of the screws came loose and fell out, but that was my fault as your supposed to check them regularly on a springer. it was absolutly bang on accurate, and when i got rid of it, the shop chronoed it and it was still on 11.4flbs. i would have another tommorrow mate.

lol. i havnt got a clue how ive done that!!! thing is, when im typing, its normal size. love it mate. cant wait to get out with it again, now ive got used to the range finder, and got my aim points sorted.

went out today with the 100 ks, and the superfields to have a plink. i worked out all my aim points from 20yrds right out to 50 yrds. the accuracy of this little carbine with the hawke airmax sr 12 teamed up with the superfields was unbelievable. im well happy with it.

i once got a 1 hole group standing at 65 yrds. .................... problem was it was on the target next to the 1 i was shooting at. and it was only a one pellet group.lol

Cheers guys. Have the same thing moley So I check twice. I also ping a few different trees when I get into the woods, just as markers so I know where I'm at. And I'm not rushing too much when a squizzer is presenting itself.

I had a look for the MTc range finder, but they had none left, and said it would be months before they get any more in. That's how fast they are selling. The guy at bar said the next best one was the nikko Stirling one. It ranges out from 1 yrd/ mter. So I bought that one. It seems great. It can some times be a bit of a revelation when I ping something with it, and have estimated it before hand. Like in the woods, and in the open, the same distances could look miles different.

It's all good now but thanks for the advice everyone. Seems it just needed that little bit more pressure than my old 100 t to tighten the cylinder fully. Most probably due to newness.

Don't suppose it matters much what they look like, as long as they got food in, and the squizzers find them. Was just thinking if they had a permanent source of food to go to, ten I could wait out near the feeder and snipe them as they come in to feed. Easier than second guessing their next move. Has anyone set a station like this up on their permission? If so how did it work out? I'm thinking of setting one up on one of my permissions. What are your thoughts? I was thinking a large oblong box nailed lengthways onto a tree with a flat platform on the bottom, with a gap at the bottom end of the box to let the food run onto the platform. Would have to be big enough to hold a lot of food, because this perm is 30mins away, so it's not viable to visit everyday. Do you guys think this would work?

Cheers probuck. But the problem was, it lost 50 bar in 12 hours. I think I mustn't of tightened it up properly. But it's a weight of my mind to say the least.

Thanks for the replies lads. I checked the gauge this morning, and the presure had held over night. I mustn't have tightened cylinder enough. Lol. Guess that's just down to the newness feeling different from my old 100.just chronoed it with accupels. 11.4. And a variation of 4 fps over 2 mags which I think is amazing.
