    I wouldn't trade my hw 100 for 10 ultras. i had one a few years ago. single shot model. didn't like it, then everyone was raving bout the new se multi. went out bought one, and to say i didn't rate it was an understatement. it was supposed to be my dedicated ratting rifle. it came once and once only. i went straight back to my 100.

    are these scopes compatible with the n.s 50?? am currently using a hawke airmax 6-18x44. im just wondering if the lower mag of the varmint might make a clearer picture. has anyone used the varmint????

    my mate has just bought a second hand aa s410 and is struggling to zero the rifle. he has explained to me that he has noticed the pellets spiraling out of the barrel towards the target. any help please guys???

    i bought a se in march. after a couple hundred pellets from new, the cocking bolt pulled right out of the rifle. i don't llike the little flimsy magazine retaining catch either, too cheaply made. not happy with mine so it went.

    went to a local permission Saturday night for an hour, just to have a little mooch and see if im still on top of the rats. id had ten off this little pig farm in the 3 previous visits over 2 weeks. these pigs are outdoor reared, and good husbandry by the farmer and regular visits from yours truly seems to keep them under control. took 3 on sat with 4 shots fired. best shot of the night was a 25 yrd standing unsupported shot on a rat that was sat on the bottom rail of the fence. was very pleased with that one.

    i did the exact same thing with a scorpion for my birthday 18 month ago. it had been bought, brand new, then sent off for a bowket blue print. the guy had shot 4 mags through it in his back garden then sold it to me. i said it was a 100 er and the Mrs went upstairs and gave me the 100 quid for my birthday. lol.

    i had a scorpion that had been blue printed. it wasn't regd. but that thing was awesome. it was the second best rifle I've ever owned. second only to my hw 100. and perhaps that's only because i bought the hw brand new and the scorpion second hand.

    as title says. have a hw 100 kt in .177 that is pellet on pellet out to 45 yrds. would like to give an air ranger a try.

    anyone know what the power curve is like on the ranger? . by this i mean is it quite severe?? or quite a gradual drop off til you get to the sweetspot?? also what sort of pressure are you at when you hit the spot?? and how many usable shots can i expect before the power drops out of the afore mentioned spot? cheers guys

    I've had a pair of tay sport muck boots for 3 winters now. they have been excellent. they are warm and very comfortable. as comfy as trainers. I've worn them at work too. they are the best all round boot I've found by far.
