  2. Have to agree... I use the 22.250 .22 Hornet And the .222 and have done for many years and my personal fave by far is the .222 The .222 is nice and mild to shoot.No need for a heavy barrel making it nice and pointable and has pleanty enough power to stop charlie at 300yrds with a well taken shot. most of the rifles mentioned will do the job nicely and its all down to personal pref. I always use to take the 22.250 along for shots over 250yards but to be fair I'm more accurate out to 300yrds with my .222 and I'm not one for taking shots much further than that any way.   9. it has to be the striker for me fella...I have a remote roof mounted on my truck for motor work and a hand held for foot work and I struggle to see how you could better them. In my opinion of course

  13. if you have to go right up to her just put here on her lead and take her back mate.dont need to speak to her give her a pat and put her in here kennel for ten mins then go take her out again and give her a fuss. never get on em hard when it comes to recall else youll be fighting a loosing battle fella. only my opinion mate but over the years i've found it to work with most tipes of dogs.....hope it helps

  16. if its just the last couple of days mate could it be fireworks frightening her.......one of my terriers is a nighhtmare for this week every year. Bloody thing has to sleep on the setee for a week

  18. if she was broke down a few weeks ago and a bit prone to running off is there any chance that a local dog has lined her mate ? I guess you've probably thought of this if its possible but just a thought. Good luck hope she turns out right

  20. A lad that slipped with us a couple of years ago had one ( or at least this is what it was said to be ) and it was an awsome daytime dog.. he said it was good under the lamp aswell however I never saw it after hours but it sure could do the stuff in the fens.

  22. only my oppinion mate but I recon your best off ignoring him fella......surley if it was genuin he would ask on an open forum to get the info from others in your area aswell.
