  3. Another good topic ruined by sombody who has no clue about what they are saying!!!!! ATB
  4. Keep asking, listening & learning fella and all will come good in the end...I Dont think there will be many that have been in the real dog world for a long time that has'nt seen a rescue dog that not many gave a lot of hope to turn into a realy handy dog at some time or another ATB
  5. Totaly agree......The pups have been bred to a decent make up but the real making of it will be what you put into it but as long as you do your home work, take your time and put the effort in there should be nothing to stop these pups turning out to be very good dOgs for what you want out of them. Oh and as for some off the storys about "BULL"!! Thats exactly what they are (a load of bull). my bulls are pure bulls (staffordshires) and never a more honest dog you will find especialy with children. ATB
  6. Oh right I get the message.....So the old fen dogs aint good enough any more!!!!!!!!! Only joking fella, the choclate dog looks a fair beast bud.I recon you should get some belters mate. Good luck and hope all goes well fella ATB

  10. Nice looking pup mate....Best of luck with him ATB
  11. Some good advice you have had there bud...Like said take your time and make sure he is ready and also that you are ready as has been quite rightly pointed out. Many a dog with top class potential has been spoilt through rushing their entry and not getting it right for a start. Also I would suggest if you want to use it seriously for ground work rabbits are the last thing that you want him to see. Nobody likes digging to rabbits and even worse many dogs have been lost trying to reach them. If he's seen them already as you say mate get him broken off them as soon as possible. ATB
  12. looks a nice pup in pritty good nick to me.I think sombody may be forgeting the fact that this pup is a prodominantly sighthound/running dog bred animal and not a pit bull else surley before commenting on the rib count they should have looked at the haunch of the dog and found that there is a nice covering with no hip protrusion.I like many on here run saluki based running dogs and look after them inpecabley but if we went by this rib count most of us would either never be aloud out in public with our dogs or have a lot of hart attacs on our hands. ATB
  13. Thats a stunner fella...You see a lot of good looking terrier pics posted on here mate but very rarely one that floats me boat like that one bud. Best of luck with him mate ATB
  14. That is very true mate!!! ATB
  15. Good on yer Jamie......Like said they do come along every now and again just not very often.I myself would seriously struggle to part wth a dog that I had taken on and put the time into traning, schooling and the like. but its every man to his own and I would rather see a man sell a good dog if he cant or dosn't want to look after it than see it wasted or even worse neglected. ATB
  16. There are most certainly some very good dogs sold from time to time mate, some for great sums of money purley beause they are that good and some for sensible money because the owner has genuine reasons for parting company with his dog but is willing sell the dog for less in order to vet the new home to ensure its going exactley were he wants it to. However there are probably many more that are not up to scratch for whatever reason sold than those that are truly good. Only my opnion ATB
  17. Some realy good points here...If these dogs are brought up properly, not rushed, entered in the correct way and with plenty of patience they can and usualy do make at least as good a lamping dog as any other x, ATB
  18. Very nice looking dogs mate...A credit to you...The very best off luck with em. ATB
  19. Pritty much covers it fella....could'nt agree more ATB
  20. How far have you got to take them mate and how long should it take ? ATB
  21. It's right though, I really don't want to sound like I'm trying to start trouble or moan, but it's just a pointer to people who don't think everything through, then have to rush about trying to get the tails docked. Hi All I am quite capable of docking them myself i have done enough terrier and spaniel pups in the past but two of the people who want pups want it done legal one is an airline pilot the other a fairly high ranking copper they both come ratting with me and don't want to be answering awkward questions in the future. It is ok for people who have nothing to lose( dolies and dosse
  22. Stunning mate......Just how you want em mate ATB
