  1. Good picture. How high is the bottom of the snare from the ground?
  2. Hi John thanks for your reply. Attached is a picture of mine which seems to have the correct things stamped on it.
  3. I spoke to the shop and they said they sell both then original "Made in England" ones at and Chinese copies so I told them I wanted the orginal "Made in England" version please as per the website. They turned up today and I am please to say are indeed the pukka ones stamped "Made in England" and are quality so I am very happy. Therefore I guess when you order specify you want the "Made in England" version. Also "Made in England" sell at £7.50 which for included P+P whilst the Chinese copies at £5.00 so the price you pay should be an indicator too.
  4. The website says the Mk4 & Mk6 are "original" and as you say the pictures would confirm this too. Therefore I have taken a punt and have ordered 2 x Mk4 as this qualifies for free P+P for some squirrel work. I shall see what turns up in the post and let you know.
  5. I would stick with scissor traps which I think are much better than Duffus traps.
  6. As a kid (I am now 44) my fascination with trapping and snaring began with mole trapping. I still remember the excitement of waking up and then remembering I had set some mole traps the previous day and could not wait to see if I had been successful. Therefore reading about a new type mole trap was great and then watching some videos on You Tube even better. However I think being "one-way" and not being able to see if they had been sprung would put me off getting some at the moment. You can’t beat seeing a sprung scissor trap in the V position. If they could be modified to be mad
