    yes there plenty out there in a range of colors go to your local tar yard most of them sell it these days

    i made on out of a honda silent run suitcsae genny its the bollocks quiet as you like and works a treat ive noticed the differance with the dogs being able to hear the rats i would recomend this to anyone

    starter motor from metro on ebay etc... £5 ,weld up a frame fix two together then fix spool from any old skip or tip get some cord ?
