Well am at what weight am happy with now from building up over the last few months,12 a a half stone ish..am not looking to get big or owt just lookin to gain some strength and get a bit of shape to me.
Just looking to eat the rights amount of calories, proteins est to keep me at were I need to be.
Am not the biggest eater and find hitting both my protein and calorie targets hard work..I have been taking protein shakes to help..
I have been eating any old shite so I devently need to clean my diet up.
