the swelling on the top of hes wings i would say is mostly coming from were hes beating flapping hes wings to grow ect the one on hes front chest could be from splitters from perching ect i wouldnt worry to much about it friend if hes heathly in hes selfs etc as for the one under neaitherhes wing not to shaw fellow hope i ahave been helpfull
