    Not so much insomnia but I work on call in security and have to wake up (when working) every hour on the hour to make a check call to say im safe and now as a result I wake up every hour on the hour when I'm off

    Do more harm than good, could make it yap as its not catching and a rabbit runs completely different to a lure so don't want the pup running rabbits the way it's learnt to run a lure

    Just won a nice set of mounted roe antlers on eBay, not sure how they're mounted to the plaque I.e. If they're removable. If not would I be able to use a paintbrush to carefully brush on peroxide to whiten the skull a bit more?

    If you've got enough work for more than one dog then it can be justified, I'm out every other night and run one dog.id rather have 1 good dog than a few 'okay' dogs

    Went out the other day with my mate ferreting to the dogs, didn't do as well as hoped as some of the warrens where bigger than anticipated length wise and they where just hope hoping or bolting in the hedge etc. Managed three but the one open warren I got a decent little vid of my dog (fawn one) catching a bolter. Only a quick vid.

    I was saying to one of the lads on this thread via pm just how much this line tends to throw the above coloured dog, mine is also this colour and most of the pics I've got of this line are also this colour

    I bred a litter of lurcher X gsp and they've turned out quite racey, nice looking things, it was an accident though and I sold them all for £50 each to none working homes

    coming from a fellow hunter that's probably not the smartest thing to say mateNothing wrong with what he said, Nick is a rabbit pack and I was out week before last and we had 30 rabbits, then hounds make a lot of noise for such small dogs and it really is an excellent experience so a fellow hunter stating that all other packs hunt illegally isn't. Wrong ???Fair enough, I got wrong end of stick mate

    I just got my dog back from vets and they said it should only take 6 weeks as its part healed already, they've prescribed him a pain killer / anti inflammatory combo. Once that's healed he needs to go back into have a tooth removed which can't be take out now as its right by the fracture and will aggregate it

    So my dogs face swelled up and I was pretty sure it was an infection so I've had him on a course of antibiotics but nothing happened so took him the vets and today he's had an X-Ray and they've said he's got a fractured jaw, it's about half way between his back teeth and his canines. He will get as long as he needs recovery time wise but I'm just wondering if anyone has a rough idea as to how long until I can run him again? (Not expecting an exact answer just a rough estimate)

    Started very well then had an eye infection which only lasted a few days, the dog ripped his leg open on farm machinery which put him out for a month then had 6 trips out and now has a tooth infection which vet says is a broken jaw but I highly doubt it. Broken tooth, puss coming from tooth and lump underneath said tooth ?

    I've got a dog out of them, not a straight bull X mine though got pictures of them too I think But they arnt mine to put up so pm me your email address, I believe buck is a half X and bud is 1/4 bull 1/4 collie 1/2 grey from my research into my dog anyway. also are you beanz as in MG?
