as with most team games, those who play better on the night will win. Well done the Bocs but it wasnt the slaughter you all thought it would be huh? I thought both teams played a good game but also to show the sprit of the game both sets of fans shared in the fact they were actuly in the final, unlike football

now as an english man im going to be watching the game with pride in my hart, not because i feel they have played the best as i dont think they have. But this pride im talking about is a pride that were in the final and your not. so i dont care if your a taff, a Jock a Boc or even bloody spok. were in the final and your not its easy to bash us English but hey you all ahve a right to, weve been beating you on the battlefields for years

Today is my first wedding anniversary and with this is mind i was thinking about the day 1 whole yr ago. In light of public opinion ive hung up my hunting gloves so to speak. instead of hunting moles, rabbits, rats and any other furry animal ive become a computer hunter. I was out last night with the longnets and i bagged myself 11 apple macs, an old stlye atari st and the top catch was one of the large aggresive beasties, A SINCLAIR C5. cant sat this computer hunting lark has the same feel as the real thing mind

As you know Al, i do a fair amount of air rifle shooting and it has never even entered my head to join a forum. i have however been a member of a few gun clubs and found them to be just the same. I was shooting at county level back then and had a fernwerbou (fecked if i could pronounce it, let alone spell it) which at the time cost about 3grand new. indoor standard 10m target using dioptamal sights (spelling?) TALK ABOUT CLICKY.... never once made a new member welcome or get engaged with a shooter who shoots anything other than paper targets. all the 3yrs i shoot for one club i was made to fe

Shooting a fox with a sub 12ft lb air rifle, regardless of calibre is in MY OWN OPINION something not worth even trying. be honest with yourselves, how many have had experiance when shooting rabbits of one getting hit and legging it off? be honest now. BESIDES.....Vulpes vulpes is not on the official list of air gun quarrey for the UK. as such you would in fact be in direct contradiction of laws such as The Animal Cruelty act, The countryside and wildlife act and as such be liable to a heavy fine as well as possible jail time. they will hold 100yrds of netting no problem with the correct amount (21, one every 5yrds)of pegs, be them fiber glass or hazle. for anyoone interseted their 40 pounds posted as you can see in the pic posted by mistnet there is plenty of room. the net in his basket is a heavy weight handmade net of 75yrd(150yrds) working length. the holding net will stretch to the net you put in it.

My first car was a Beford HA van. 996 cc engine 4 gears and a golf ball in the petrol tank. my mate thought it a laugh to put a golf ball in the tank so anything les than half a tank od fuel and all you heard was a DOINK DOINK DOINK as you went along, drove me mad. I remember driving up the local seafront in it and i couldnt understand why folks were looking at me. wasnt till i got home i noticed the exhaust back box was draging on the floor as it had broke away from the exhaus and was bouncing on its rubber mount. i didnt notice the noise as it was so bloody noisey anyway

I think you will find that france played a good game, some of their pushes forward had us rocked and our defence looking a little jaded. its easy to get complacent now its over but wasnt it about 10mins to go and we were a point behind? and what if the last 2 kicks at goal had been like his early attempts and gone wide? as has been seen many times with our team, had Wilkinsonnot been on form then the score would have been totaly differant. of course im glad to see england move on to the final but take nothing away from france, they played a good game -
Jasper... yes it was a special kind of trap, if i remember rightly it was a trap made by that lesser know trap company called Brno, it was there trap model no.22 had a few in the mink traps as well. as for being hardy as simoman said, they are used to a harsh winter so our mild winters will be a doddle to them. I wouldnt want to put a ferret against them mind, nasty little feckers when caged let alone in a tunnel. The wildlife park i was called to is owned by banham zoo and seeing as your from my neck of the woods Jasper im sure you can guess which one im talking about

Its a Prairie dog, i was called to a wildlife park here in suffolk to deal with the little sods, massive digger and real nasty feckers to other animals . they dug out of their compounds. you should see the fuss the environment aggency makes when they escape, massive fines and legal action against granting lisence for future animals

i was refering to the tugging when you make the knot bite, not in the integeral strength of a net with all its give through the bagging. its happened to me whilst making hemp nets, once made good and strong

unlike modern spun twines hemp, good or bad has no stretch in it. most modern twines have some even if its only a small bit. look at it like a fishing line of say 2lb breaking strain. if i were to add a little weight at a time i possible could get the fishing line to hold more than the said 2lb. if however i were to add a weight of say 1lb (half the said 2lb breaking strain) and let it drop so the fishing line snatch pulled it would possible break. however in water the 2lb line could and would possible hold fish of a greater weight than the 2lb recomendation.
