    There was programme on bbc2 about 2 months ago about the hares in Ireland and showed that island.Its where the coursing men put them to breed for the meetings.They net them bring them to main land then bring them back.Must be there so no one can run them but surely they be very soft??????On the same programme the fella said the Irish hare is a mountain hare that does not live on a mountain ??

    Not saying i disagree with alot of the posts being removed to be honest was suprised how some of them lasted so long.Put was just trying to workout the boundries as in where the line is drawn.And more so if the menbers are warned before being banned maybe they might pull back a bit if they were myself aswell of course. speedie jarv5116 as already answered what you want to know

    I'm sure people DO understand this ! The posts about coyote in the US or foxes in Oz, or pigs in NZ don't get deleted. It's the posts by idiots where it's obvious that they are breaking the law, and the posts by people simply slagging each other off, that get deleted . Cheers. Well all the ones that are slagging each other keep there topic up then they can slag each day and night on it and leave other topics lone.

    Like a lucher that can do both.If you are an out and out coursing man then its different you need dog that can do job every time its out same as a lamping or ferreting dog but l like dog that can do bit this and bit off that

    Must admit was watching them on you tube and the dogs run very well and the ground was so bad but they seem to handle with out any fuss and turn well on it.Was taking about this on Saturday on the way out hunting you here off the import saulkis getting brought into England and that just wonder why no one as every tried one off this for breeding for coursing

    Mate off mine has a deerhound x wheaten x bull x grey a real top dog.You don't really see many good Wheatens now days as lot people have jumped over to the bull x but if you have any digging videos for the 70s 80s you will see Wheatens where used a lot.Its a shame what the show people have done to not this breed not only this but most working breeds breed for a job.l was out last year and seen to very good wheatens

    All depends on the bull and the wheaten you use. A good wheaten is as as good as any bull but as l said you need the right one.Good thing about the wheaten cross is the hairy coats that cover up a lot off things you don't want other people to see.

    ffs iceman you hunting big ears in the summer ya must have some dogs Danny l just wind ppl up fs be do love that word respect they all use on here so you dont hunt during the summer then he does and so do a lot of others hes not on his own l dont go hunting in the summer but do walk the mountain in the summer nights to free run the dogs gets the summer in but dont go out my way to hunt.
