I used to stay away in a hotel in the Peak District that was haunted, both myself and another colleague had experiences when we stayed there. She was alone in bed and was hugged in the night, she never stayed there again! I was asleep and woke up when the end of the bed went down like a person sat on the bed! Freaky but not scary. The staff block Had noises of kids running up and down the corridor bit no one was there. Really odd place to stay.

Had 1 the other week, only a tiny garden with a bit of grass and beds, a lot of tunnels had water in them being a bit of clay there's do loads of rubble in the others. Bloody nightmare set all with her watching. Set 5 traps. Next visit she followed me round and not 1 sprung! Still a bit of movement but not much, Felt an inch tall! Hunted high and low and found a couple more runs and popped 3 more in. Next visit she wasn't there and bugger me there's 2 in the traps on opposite sides of the garden! No more movement Happy me and customer! Some sets I walk away and am certain there's a mole

New Mole Trap (In Uk ?)

My duffus and talpex are 100% effective too. Not so sure they would still be in the ground sticking up like that on half the jobs out there! -
Get to the chiropractor, no meds required!

Quite nice, not like a hens egg but a bit lighter.

All Round Insecticide

Why bother with sprays for black ants? They are only ever going to kill a handful of workers. Black ants get maxforce gel and never get callbacks for the same nest. For me stingray is my first choice for bedbugs/ fleas, Alphamost supa6 for general sprays. I never use ficam w as it leaves a visible residue on things and is dangerous to use around cats. -
Get down the chiropractor if you have sciatica! I used to get it real bad and recently could hardly move! Got into a local chiropractic clinic and the difference is astonishing, I had a disc that was squashed a bit which was causing the pain. Too many fences vaulted over etc I reckon. Lots of gentle manipulation of my back and it's all but gone now!

Chiropractors is a bloody good shout, I hurt my back jumping off a gate a few years back. Hurt like hell at the time but I toughed it out until a few weeks back when I slipped on an embankment covered in dead wet grass with a sheet of ally hidden under it! Could hardly move until I went to the chiropractor, 1 X-ray later and it showed a disc half the size it should be at the bottom, had 10 sessions and am pretty much back to normal. Got a load more to do before I'm sorted out! Get down the chiros!

Do not try blocking them out, I promise you will not win!! The only option is to trap and kill. Peanut butter on a fenn mk4 and jobs done!

Around 15lb not a 20.

Did the biggest nest I've seen in a long time today! Absolutely fookin massive!!! Easily 5ft tall by 3ft wide and 18in deep!!

Carp rod with reel, 15lb mono is fine with suitable wire leader. Then you need forceps, side cutters, shallower net than a carp net, unhooking mat. Then all the terminal tackle such as wire leaders/snap tackle, floats, leads, beads, swivels etc. But most importantly go with someone who knows how to unhook pike properly. The amount of pike I've caught with wire traces lodged right down in their gullet is unreal. All removed by me tho! Strike early and risk missing a fish rather that leaving it makes life a lot easier. A big pile hooked deeply is much easier to release than a small one hooked de

68+vat for us, if it was next door or just down the road they might get lucky with a £40 nest but I doubt it.

Done 3 very busy nests in last 2 days. Won't be long before they are done for the year now.

Thanks For the help guys I caught the b*****d today along with another In the next trap down! Can only guess a mate or outsider popped in and he got distracted! Nothing at all in the way of movement for the last week till these two appeared! I can sleep now knowing I got him and have a happy couple of customers!!
-
Drives me nuts, I know I can get them and have confidence in my sets but I think this bugger is going under them! I used to set them like you nod but have been backfilling for a few years now. May try a few not back filled for a bit.

Looking for a reasonably priced pcp set up, must be multi shot and .22. AA, BSA, THEOBEN etc. Around £350ish

It's only one mole by the amount of activity, very few fresh hills being pushed up. The talpex was set off 3 days after being set and it may well be the bugger went deeper and sprung it. The homeowner next door has had a go herself which may well have educated him somewhat! I always avoid stepping on runs etc where possible, the soil is rubbed through gloved hands as it goes back in the tunnel so it's quite fine not lumpy. I've had the odd one killed next to the trap in the past hopefully this is the case here and no more activity is found on my next visit ! Definitely nothing else setting the

I doubt the customers would want it leaving, they aren't happy about the lawn as it is! Trap lines were my next thought but have never used them before.

Got a job on with 2 adjoining gardens with the moles working both sides, the mole isn't overly active, one side has been having a go at trapping themselves. I have had traps down for the last week and have had 3 traps sprung but no capture! Traps are talpex, scissor and barrel, I have plenty experience catching moles over the years but rarely get any issues with filled traps! Any suggestions?

My Russell dog has over the last few months licking his feet/hocks to the point of them being red raw and cracked. The vet has no idea what's going on and has taken bloods and biopsies to try and pin it down. Looking online the symptoms are very similar but can't be sure.
-
Will do ta, vet hasn't got a clue what's going on just chucking steroids and antibiotics at him.
-
Instal a post or two that owls/ kestrels will sit on and they will sort the voles out.
