    So do I, it works for me and what I do, but I do have a decent selection of tools, everyone has different shooting situations/requirements and there are lots of other calibres as well! i think i will go for a 243 and see how it goes

THE END! do you mean me with the bull Firearms Law says you can have what you can justify! And also remember the 2002 Home Office Guide to the Police lists .243 as FOX suitable. So think about some of the replies......... thank you for the info ive used 223 and 243 how would you rate a 22.250 compared ? I run .223, .243, .308, (4 rimfires, a couple of air rifles, inc FAC and some shotguns) I have no need for a 22-250

    ive been out with a couple of people alot over the last couple of years and used a 223 and a 243 the 223 was effected by the wind witch wasnt ideal but the 243 was spot on in all ways i just thought i would ask to see if there was any chance of getting one for a first rifle . how is the 22.250 compared to the 243
